So I set to work, I didn&#8217;t let myself be convinced by the advice of connoisseurs and prepared these wonders in the oven, avoiding the hot oil bath with all its harmful effects ;). <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls\" width=\"640\" height=\"381\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For the 30 packages, I used the following ingredients: 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 3-4 cucumbers, 1 red pepper, 2 bunches of green garlic, 1 black radish, 1 red beet, 2 carrots, 1 large parsnip, a handful of chopped rice, an egg white, 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, soy sauce (for serving).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara_thumb1.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I washed all the vegetables well, cleaned the roots and cut all the vegetables thinly into sticks. Attention, from cucumbers, eggplants and pumpkins, only the part with the skin is used. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara_thumb2.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls\" width=\"512\" height=\"768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I took 1-2 sticks of each vegetable and placed them in the middle of the rice sheet. The rice sheets thaw in about 15-20 minutes at room temperature and to prevent them from dehydrating, I covered them with a napkin moistened with water. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (1)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-1_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (1)\" width=\"512\" height=\"768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I then added some rice noodles, pre-soaked in cold water.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (2)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-2_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (2)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Then came the packaging, I think the pictures are quite suggestive ;).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (3)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-3_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (3)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (4)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-4_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (4)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (5)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-5_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (5)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I greased the end of the packages with a little egg white so that they don&#8217;t come off.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Spring rolls (6)\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Pachetele-de-primavara-6_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Spring rolls (6)\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I put all the packages in a tray lined with baking paper, greased them with a little olive oil and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
