{"id":5692,"date":"2012-04-13T12:05:53","date_gmt":"2012-04-13T12:05:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/chocolate-banana-hazelnut-and-mint-tarts\/"},"modified":"2024-10-01T13:34:56","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T13:34:56","slug":"chocolate-banana-hazelnut-and-mint-tarts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/en\/chocolate-banana-hazelnut-and-mint-tarts\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate, banana, hazelnut and mint tarts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Surprising from the outside, delicious, fine and cool&#8230; delicious is an understatement when it comes to this dessert, and those who have already tasted it know what I&#8217;m talking about ;).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Even though I adapted the recipe so that it differs from commercial products primarily through the nutritional qualities of the raw materials, I was surprised to find that this combination of wholemeal flour, dark chocolate cream, banana, hazelnuts and mint is particularly tasty.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Chocolate tarts\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate tarts\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">But let&#8217;s not waste time, because I&#8217;m not writing this post just to brag, so here are the ingredients ;):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For the dough<\/strong>: 1 cup of whole wheat flour (about 100 gr.), 50 gr. of butter, 1 egg, 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder (it goes out with a little lemon juice); <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For the dough<\/strong>: 1 cup of whole wheat flour (about 100 gr.), 50 gr. of butter, 1 egg, 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder (it goes out with a little lemon juice);  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>For decoration and flavoring<\/strong>: fresh mint leaves and hazelnuts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">I first prepared the <strong>dough<\/strong>, mixed all the ingredients, kneaded it and spread it well in the mini-tart molds, pressing with my thumb on the walls of the molds so that it is as thin as possible.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Chocolate tarts \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-2_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate tarts \" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I heated the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes. To save time, I started with the <strong>chocolate cream<\/strong>. I put the chocolate together with the sweet cream in a saucepan over a very low heat and stirred from time to time until a cream was obtained. Separately, I mixed the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar dissolved and then I poured the mixture over the chocolate and put it on the fire for a few more minutes (until it became more consistent).   <\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">In the meantime, I took the tarts out of the oven, let them cool down a bit, so that they could come out of the molds more easily&#8230; et voila \ud83d\ude42<a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Chocolate tarts \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-3_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate tarts \" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I cut the banana into thin slices, placed one slice in each tart and very carefully poured the chocolate cream and then decorated each one with a hazelnut and a fresh mint leaf.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Chocolate tarts \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-4_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate tarts \" width=\"640\" height=\"413\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">That&#8217;s about it, an excellent combination of tastes, so dear gourmets, moms, dads, grandparents&#8230; dare to try the recipe and if it&#8217;s not good, scold me ;)!<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Chocolate tarts \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/Tarte-cu-ciocolata-5_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate tarts \" width=\"640\" height=\"399\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Happy easter!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Surprising from the outside, delicious, fine and cool&#8230; delicious is an understatement when it comes to this dessert, and those who have already tasted it know what I&#8217;m talking about ;).
