{"id":5699,"date":"2012-01-18T14:35:01","date_gmt":"2012-01-18T14:35:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/sea-bream-in-the-oven-juicy-and-aromatic\/"},"modified":"2024-10-01T13:37:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-01T13:37:16","slug":"sea-bream-in-the-oven-juicy-and-aromatic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/en\/sea-bream-in-the-oven-juicy-and-aromatic\/","title":{"rendered":"Sea bream in the oven, juicy and aromatic"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">I thought I would treat you today with a recipe that I have been using for a long time and that has been appreciated by all my friends, regardless of gender, age, lifestyle, spiritual or political beliefs (I don&#8217;t know what political beliefs have to do with but I got carried away, especially after the last events ;))<!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Sea bream in the oven\" alt=\"Sea bream in the oven\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"356\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">But let&#8217;s not forget where I started from, today&#8217;s recipe is very easy to make and the result is amazing, I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve eaten more juicy and flavorful fish than this :).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I used the following ingredients (for 2 people):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">2 medium-sized bream fish (check on the label that it says fishing, not aquaculture)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">4 garlic cloves;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">4 slices of lemon;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">1 large fresh basil leaf or 2 smaller ones (you can also use fresh mint, it goes very well in combination with lemon and garlic).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Of course, the amount of ingredients is halved for one person ;).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-ingrediente1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Baked bream - ingredients\" alt=\"Baked bream - ingredients\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-ingrediente_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"286\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">So, clean the guts of the fish, wash it well and add the above ingredients together with a little salt and a little freshly ground pepper.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-pasul-11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Sea bream in the oven - step 1\" alt=\"Sea bream in the oven - step 1\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-pasul-1_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"350\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Then, without cleaning the fish from the scales (the caramelized skin is removed directly on the plate), sprinkle\/smear with a little olive oil.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-pasul-21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Sea bream in the oven - step 2\" alt=\"Sea bream in the oven - step 2\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Dorada-la-cuptor-pasul-2_thumb1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"404\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The fish is then placed in the oven preheated to 170-180 degrees Celsius and left for about 40-50 minutes.
