Grilled chicken breast seasoned with a juicy and aromatic cucumber and carrot salad. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3454bis2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3454bis_thumb2.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">You only need some chicken breasts, on which to put a maglavais consisting of: olive oil, crushed (or finely chopped) garlic and green onion (cut leaves) for flavoring, 1-2 carrots, 2 suitable carrots and half a lemon.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Beat the chicken breast well, coat it with the maglavais described above, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let it rest in the sauce.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3487.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Chicken breast \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3487_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Chicken breast \" width=\"640\" height=\"427\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Grate the carrots and carrots (on a grater with large teeth), squeeze half of the lemon right away (so that it doesn&#8217;t oxidize) and put the bowl in the refrigerator to catch a bit of the sour aroma.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Put the chicken breast on the grill and fry it well on both sides. Take the salad out of the fridge, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and that&#8217;s about it. A healthy combination to which even Mr. Prof. Dr. Mencinicopschi would have nothing to argue ;).  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3435bis1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3435bis_thumb1.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" width=\"640\" height=\"410\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>Gulioare <\/strong>&#8211; low in calories (25-27 kcal. per 100 gr.) but very rich in vitamin C, B6, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium &#8211; help to eliminate toxic products from the body (including uric acid) and strengthen immunity . This <em>miracle vegetable of autumn<\/em> is also recommended in the control of diabetes because it helps to stabilize the level of glucose in the blood. For <em>gentlemen<\/em>, it is very good when consumed by <em>ladies <\/em>(like red wine for ladies :)) because it also works a little on the female hypothalamus, acting on some nerve centers responsible for inducing sexual excitability.  <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">About <strong>carrots<\/strong>, I don&#8217;t even think I need to say that they are considered a <em>gold mine <\/em>from the point of view of the content of vitamins and nutrients.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">So, don&#8217;t hesitate, try and I&#8217;ll make the recipe at home, it&#8217;s easy to prepare, delicious and very healthy ;).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; float: none; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/IMG_3455bis_thumb3.jpg\" alt=\"Grilled chicken breast with cucumber and carrot salad\" width=\"640\" height=\"419\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I propose a healthy but also very tasty and very easy recipe.
