This on a superficial level, as I knew in myself that it is not very good to indulge. Some time ago, however, I spoke on Facebook with a friend from the USA who, at the top, told me that he makes marinated salmon at home and sent me a Canadian recipe for salmon. And that&#8217;s how the story of home-marinated salmon began ;).   <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-11.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Home marinated salmon \" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-1_thumb1.jpg\" alt=\"Home marinated salmon \" width=\"774\" height=\"768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I used the following ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">450 gr. of fresh salmon fillets (fishing, not aquaculture); <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">30 gr. of salt (about 2 tablespoons); <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">25 gr. of brown sugar (about 2 tablespoons); <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">4 gr. of freshly ground pepper (about 2 tablespoons); <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div align=\"justify\">1 bunch of fresh dill.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">The fish, even if I bought it fresh, I preferred to freeze it overnight, because I don&#8217;t know how hygienically it was handled before it reached me. Then I thawed it in the refrigerator so as not to lose its nutritional properties. I washed it well, dried it on a napkin, removed the bones that remained and put it on a plastic sheet. I mixed salt, sugar and ground pepper in a bowl and put it over the fish. I washed the dill well, dried it and put it on top without chopping it.    <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-ingrediente.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Salmon marinated at home - ingredients\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-ingrediente_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Salmon marinated at home - ingredients\" width=\"640\" height=\"307\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-mod-de-preparare.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline;\" title=\"Homemade marinated salmon - preparation method\" src=\"http:\/\/becaskitchen.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/Somon-marinat-in-casa-mod-de-preparare_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"Homemade marinated salmon - preparation method\" width=\"640\" height=\"401\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I wrapped the salmon in foil with all the above ingredients, put it on a plate and put it in the fridge for 4 days.
