I propose a healthy but also very tasty and very easy recipe. Grilled chicken breast seasoned with a juicy and aromatic cucumber and carrot salad.
You only need some chicken breasts, on which to put a maglavais consisting of: olive oil, crushed (or finely chopped) garlic and green onion (cut leaves) for flavoring, 1-2 carrots, 2 suitable carrots and half a lemon.
Beat the chicken breast well, coat it with the maglavais described above, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let it rest in the sauce.
Grate the carrots and carrots (on a grater with large teeth), squeeze half of the lemon right away (so that it doesn’t oxidize) and put the bowl in the refrigerator to catch a bit of the sour aroma.
Put the chicken breast on the grill and fry it well on both sides. Take the salad out of the fridge, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and that’s about it. A healthy combination to which even Mr. Prof. Dr. Mencinicopschi would have nothing to argue ;).
Gulioare – low in calories (25-27 kcal. per 100 gr.) but very rich in vitamin C, B6, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium – help to eliminate toxic products from the body (including uric acid) and strengthen immunity . This miracle vegetable of autumn is also recommended in the control of diabetes because it helps to stabilize the level of glucose in the blood. For gentlemen, it is very good when consumed by ladies (like red wine for ladies :)) because it also works a little on the female hypothalamus, acting on some nerve centers responsible for inducing sexual excitability.
About carrots, I don’t even think I need to say that they are considered a gold mine from the point of view of the content of vitamins and nutrients.
So, don’t hesitate, try and I’ll make the recipe at home, it’s easy to prepare, delicious and very healthy ;).
