Today, I’m sharing the recipe for the ultimate dessert: chocolate soufflé, chocolate volcano, or, to put it more simply, petit gateau with vanilla ice cream.
You need the following ingredients:

200 gr. dark chocolate;

200 gr. butter (it is preferable to use homemade butter – it is much creamier, you can find it in small shops with Sibiu products, but you can also use store-bought butter);

4 whole eggs (whole, but without the shell :));

4 egg yolks;

130 gr. brown sugar;
-
80 gr. flour;
-
salt (no more than a pinch).
Method of preparation:
Melt the dark chocolate together with the butter over low heat or in a steam bath. In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs and the 4 yolks together with the sugar and salt until they double in volume. Then gradually incorporate the chocolate and butter composition with beaten eggs and add the flour over the contents, mixing continuously. The resulting composition is poured into muffin forms. Attention: the forms must be filled only half, or a little more than half; the composition will grow a little in contact with the heat from the oven. If you fill in the forms, you might be surprised to see them come out.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, then put the molds in the oven for about 7-10 minutes. The preparation time is different depending on your ovens at home. I imagine that not everyone has professional ovens that indicate exact temperatures, so, if you are trying this recipe for the first time, it is important to watch the cakes throughout their stay in the oven. After the composition rises and the cakes catch the crust on the edge of the form, they can be removed from the oven. It is very important that the middle of the souffle has the consistency of a cream and the edges are a little stronger to support the cream.
This would be the recipe for petit gateau with chocolate, but, for the dessert to be supreme in the true sense of the word, it is important that it be served with vanilla ice cream while it is still hot. The chocolate petit gateau will succumb under the weight of the ice cream and the divine hot chocolate will emerge…mmmm :). Thus, the delicious combination of flavors and the sensation of cold and hot in the same dessert will satisfy the fantasies of even the most passionate gourmets!
Those of you who are in a hurry and want immediate results will buy vanilla ice cream from the store. But those of you who are true gourmets and really demanding when it comes to culinary delights can prepare ice cream at home, with vanilla bean, without essences or other chemicals found in ice cream from the store.
Vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:

6 eggs;

250 gr. brown sugar;

1 liter of milk;
-
1 vanilla stick;
-
250 gr. sweet cream.
Method of preparation:
Put the milk on the fire with the vanilla and let it boil. Beat the eggs together with the sugar until it has completely melted. When the milk is cooled, pour it over the eggs and mix well. Put the composition on low heat and mix slowly until it becomes creamy. Beat the cream well with the mixer to aerate it. When the vanilla cream is cooled, add the cream and mix everything. Put the formed cream in a plastic bowl and put it in the freezer. To not form ice crystals, it is important to mix the ice cream 3 times, at intervals of one hour. Then leave it in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours before serving.
