I post these few lines to thank everyone who supported me in facing the challenge of participating in my first event. Thus, I had the opportunity to present some products I prepared, with a lot of love and responsibility :).
There were, indeed, a few exhausting days, but it was worth the effort; the feedback from those who tasted the products was as expected. So, thank you, dear tasters, and I look forward to seeing you at the opening of the Bistro. Next week I will also post some of the recipes of the delicious dishes, in the order of your preferences (as I received feedback during the festival), so that, until the launch of the small restaurant, you will have the opportunity to prepare them yourself, thus having alternatives for cold cuts from commerce, full of harmful chemicals. The food made at home, from natural products and without using semi-prepared foods enriched with preservatives and synthetic dyes is the best, especially when we “sprinkle” a little passion 😉
