A recipe as delicious as it is easy to make, even if it seems a bit sophisticated ;).
I used the following ingredients for 2 people: 2 duck legs (I bought them from Carrefour, but they are also found in Cora and Real), 1 small red cabbage, 1 small white cabbage, 1 spring onion, 2 suitable carrots, 1 a bunch of dill, a few sprigs of thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic and a few sprigs of parsley (for flavoring the legs).
I cut the vegetables thinly, put them in a bowl and added a little olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, thyme, dill, salt and pepper. I practically made a salad :). Then I prepared a maglavais of crushed garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil with which I greased the duck legs for flavoring.
I heated the oven to 170 degrees Celsius, put the legs on the cabbage, covered the pan with an aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 45 minutes. Then I removed the foil and left everything in the oven for about 60 minutes, to brown a little.
The legs came out delicious, tender and aromatic, not to mention the cabbage, so sour and caramelized that you couldn’t stop eating ;).
