We have prepared all kinds of snacks to appease your cravings:
- Homemade pâté made from turkey liver, country butter, spices and cognac
- Freshly ripe Romanian eggplant salad cooked with homemade mayonnaise
- Salad of fresh carp roe, from the fishery, well battered with green onion and lemon
- Salmon and capers,
all served on wholemeal bread.
I will also surprise you with

Betisoare with cheese from Jina (Sibiu), with Romanian green onions and delicious cherry tomatoes
- Betisoare with raw pork muschiulet, smoked in fir smoke (also from the Sibiu area) with green onions and cherry tomatoes
For dessert, I prepared

Dark chocolate, homem homemade butter, strawberry and mint muffins
- Tarts with Romanian strawberries and natural vanilla cream (homemade from vanilla sticks)
- Delicious strudel with berries
My preparations are natural, contain no preservatives or other harmful chemicals, but have the drawback of being in very limited quantities 🙂
